I found this really great Kvothe on deviantART.
(since not a lot of people know who he is or what he’s from, he’s the protagonist of Pat Rothfuss’ Kingkiller Chronicles)
fangiRLING SO HARD RN
Just ‘started’ (aka, 400 pages in and devouring it) reading this. SO incredibly thrilled to see this on my dash. Excellent book - highly recommend!!
oh YES YES YES soon the whole world shall be the devoted minions of Patrick Rothfuss and the world shall be a better place ;___;
I’m actually re-reading it right now! So we’re sort of reading it together! :D
AHHHHHH! That’s probably way more exciting than it should be :D The only difference is that you know what’s coming and I don’t, and I have no time to read right now, and it’s killlllling me~ *sobs* Plus, I haven’t bought the second one yet (mostly trying to control myself because I have other more pressing things to do).
MAKE. TIME. FOR. THIS. BOOK.
ALSO FOR THE SECOND BOOK.
OH MY ACTUAL GOD OKAY
*salutes sharply* I’m doing my damnedest!
but I have stupid things like real work and stuff that actually has to get done.It is KILLING me. I’m not even close to kidding. I must read because I need to know what happens!
Oh hey, that’s me! Hahaha omfg! I love it when my Kingkiller-cosplay’s get’s spread around because I adore the series so much <3
There’s a couple more photos in my cosplay-tag, also; Cinder-cosplay.

“He dropped the tip of his sword and smiled with perfect ivory teeth. It was the expression a nightmare wore.”
A couple pics from outside. Here you can also see Grethe in her sweet-ass Barioth-cosplay.

Bringing this back :D
so I’ve ordered myself an airbrush-set and compressor, white-metallic, silver and black paint to go in it. As well as a white metallic bodysuit. Now I’ll use this as a base to make the crazy muscles that Raiden has going on under all the belts and things. Then I might also have to find some sort of quilting solution to the black leather/PVC-ish swimsuit thing he’s got going on to create abs (I swear half of this costume is going to be me pretending to have/making fake muscles)
I think I miiiight’ve found my next big cosplay project.
How to make an epic fantasy dagger:
Okay so I made this tutorial for how to modify a simple toy into an awesome fantasy-ish dagger. This method can also be applied to cosplay, larping, stage-props or just for decorating your living room with (shiny, shiny weaponssss).
So yeah, let’s just dive right in!
Latest creation. The x10 replica I made from the miniature axe on the right. The finished axe stands at about 80 cm’s tall and is made from mdf, insulation foam, car body- and plaster filler.
Sometimes I think “Don’t cosplay Jack Frost, literally every cosplayer you know is cosplaying Jack Frost. He’s been done to DEATH!”
But then I remember I don’t give a fuck
“Someone’s parents have been singing entirely the wrong sort of songs.”
c-can.. i marry you? please?
Well I at least suggest we get to know each other first! ;p
